Milk consumers are well known to be rich in calcium, and new research now points out that milk may also have the benefits of reducing the risk of the medium. A research team of the special professor of Tanno's senior high school from Iwate Prefecture University of Medicine in Japan investigated the relationship between milk intake and Chinese wind on local Japanese residents. The research results have been published in the international academic journal "Nutrients".

This study explores the relationship between milk intake and the occurrence of Chinese wind for local Japanese residents. The study conducted an average of 10.7 years of follow-up surveys on 14,121 participants aged 40 to 69. According to the milk ingestion frequency, participants were divided into four groups and the incidence of medium wind was compared.

results show that in the female population, the group that consumes 7 to 12 cups of milk per week has a significantly lower risk of ischemic media compared to groups that consume less than 2 cups per week. On the other hand, no significant correlation was observed among male groups. Therefore, the results of this study show that proper drinking milk may help women prevent ischemic media.

However, there are still some limitations in this study. For example, the intake of milk and goodness is combined and calculated, so the impact of the two cannot be divided. In addition, the study did not conduct detailed quantitative evaluation of milk intake, and the impact of factors such as dietary habits and lifestyle cannot be completely ruled out. Furthermore, the subjects of this study were limited to those subjects of health examinations in Iwate Prefecture. In the future, more detailed diet evaluations are needed and regional differences are considered to further verify this discovery.

Haiaki Yoshikawa, a physician at the Japanese Pain Clinic Association, said the study revealed the correlation between milk intake and the middle wind, especially in female groups, where appropriate drinking milk may help reduce the risk of ischemic middle wind. Milk contains calcium and casein phosphate peptide (CPP), which may help stabilize blood pressure and prevent aggressive sclerosis.

But Yoshikawa pointed out that milk retrieval cannot completely prevent the middle wind. Maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise and a good living habit is also important. It is recommended to take dairy products appropriately in daily life and match them with a healthy lifestyle to promote overall cardiovascular health and reduce moderate risk.

Yoshikawa further shares other methods to prevent middle wind, including controlling hypertension, diabetes, abnormal blood lipids, quitting smoking, proper exercise and healthy diet. In addition, patients with medium-sexual dysfunction should actively undergo rehabilitation after the disease is developed to alleviate postmortem symptoms. In time, it should be key to reducing the impact of the Chinese wind. If symptoms such as numbness or language disorders suddenly appear, you should go to the doctor immediately to master the best treatment time.
