According to the "European Club Development Report (2025)" released by UEFA, European club football reached a new height in the 2024-25 season, with the total number of fans watching the game exceeding 240 million. From domestic leagues to UEFA events, the number of viewers has been completely refreshed throughout the European continent.

These data highlight the enduring charm of live football, even in an era dominated by streaming and digital coverage.

Manchester United topped the list with a total number of viewers of 2.2 million, and Old Trafford Stadium maintained a 97% attendance throughout the season. Despite the ups and downs in the field, Manchester United's data still demonstrates its global fan appeal, making it continue to lead its competitors.

followed closely by Real Madrid (2.05 million) and Inter Milan (slightly below 2 million). The two clubs benefited from solid local support and the deep journey of the European War.

Dortmond once again leads Europe in terms of the number of viewers per game. Westfaron Stadium attracts an average of 81,321 fans per game, and Bayern Munich also has an Allianz Stadium with a capacity of 75,000 people. The continued viewing culture of the Bundesliga proves the reason why German clubs are among the most supported football in the world.

Italy returned to the ranks of elites, with Inter Milan, AC Milan and Roma all ranked in the top ten in the average number of viewers. These data reflect the revival of Serie A and the appeal of traditional clubs. In England, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham and West Ham United jointly achieved a total number of viewers exceeding one million. Arsenal performed particularly well, with almost every game sold out.

The top leagues of the 17 countries set the highest attendance record in at least ten years. The Champions League routine attracted more than 50,000 live audiences, confirming the deepening of participation of fans at all levels of events. The 2024-25 season proves that although the broadcast agreement dominates commercial gains, the core of football still exists in the packed stadium in Europe.
