According to British media caughtoffside, Arsenal fans petition the club to not sign Maduaike.

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal is discussing Maduaike's transfer with Chelsea. However, some Arsenal fans are unwilling to see the club seeking to buy Maduaike. They initiated a petition on the petition website "Don't sign Maduaike". More than 1,400 fans have signed autographs.

A fan wrote: "More than 20 years of unswerving support for the team is rewarded for us? Mediocre signings without ambitions, the opponent's strength is enhanced? Arsenal is approaching success, don't let stupid transfers be ruined. This is a serious waste of money and investing funds in competitors. The club has problems now."

Speaking of this deal, caughtoffside believes that Arsenal does need to strengthen the offensive line this summer. Some people think that Maduaike can become an ideal rotation player to ensure that Saka doesn't have to play so many games and get more rest time.
