Rashford has reborn after joining Barcelona this summer with 3 goals and 5 assists in 10 games. In an interview with ITV, the player said that Manchester United's "unstable" environment affected his performance.
"Consistency is definitely one of the key factors. I feel like I've been in an unstable environment for a long time, so it's harder to be consistent. I completely agree that stability is something I need to be able to get into the game and I'm trying to do that, I want to be at my best for as long as possible and not just flash now and then."
"When people talk about stability, whether in sports or other fields, it requires consistency in life and training. I have experienced too many changes in my career. But I have to look forward. This is definitely one of the things I want to improve and do well. I hope to be in the best condition more often. Only then can I enjoy it."
