Marklele is one of those players who have made a deep mark in Real Madrid, and the saying "This team lacks a Marklele" is also well known. However, the French star eventually left Real Madrid and joined Chelsea. In an interview with Mirror, he explained why he left.
Marklele: "Usually you don't leave Real Madrid because it's the best team in the world. But the opportunity comes because Abramovich is trying to get me to join Chelsea.
