DO: Nottingham Forest submits a Zinchenko transaction order and completes a one-year loan transaction every minute

Nottingham Forest's pursuit of Zinchenko began with the introduction of Atletico Madrid full-back Garland failed, and due to time reasons, it was not completed before the transfer deadline.

28-year-old Zinchenko has one year left on his contract with Arsenal, and has made only 23 appearances last season.
