Helping dogs with regular cleaning and care is what every owner should do. Helping dogs bathing can not only make them look more radiant, but also help them remove residual bacteria and some small dirt on their bodies to ensure the health of their dogs. However, many owners have a problem, which is that they do not help them dry their hair in time after bathing, but let them dry naturally, or just blow them in a walk. This phenomenon is particularly obvious in summer. Such behavior seems irrelevant, but it has many potential threats that affect the health of the dog.

1. Catching a cold and being susceptible to viruses

The most direct effect of taking a bath without drying is that it causes the dog to catch a cold. For adult dogs, the impact of doing so may not be very large, but it may be fatal for puppies that have not been vaccinated. After some friends who are new to raise dogs, the first thing they do is to clean them up, but after taking the dishes and bathing, they just blew the hair slightly, and some even wiped them with a towel and let them dry on their own.

This practice has a high chance of causing the dog to catch a cold, and the dog has not been vaccinated as it is too small, so it is more susceptible to external viruses, leading to the occurrence of infectious diseases, thus taking away the dog's young life. And this is also a common cause of infectious diseases among many puppies, so owners must pay more attention to this.

2. The hair turned yellow or red due to oxidation. Some owners have always had this question, why the dog they bought is white, but after raising it for a period of time, the hair turned yellow and red. In addition to being related to the food you feed, this situation is also a very important reason for not drying it in time after taking a shower. Since the owner did not help the dogs dry in time after bathing, the water stayed on the coat, which would cause it to oxidize over time, causing the coat to discolor.

3. Infection with skin diseases

Many owners may be confused about the infection of skin diseases, because most owners usually pay attention to the health and hygiene of their dogs, and do not allow the dog to walk around the grass outside at will. This is another negative impact caused by not blow-drying in a bath. No matter how we clean up the dogs, they will still carry some fungi to the point of their body. The humid living environment is very beneficial to the growth of fungi. Therefore, as the number of baths continues to increase, the amount of fungi will also grow slowly, which has caused dogs to be infected with fungal skin disease, a disease that both dogs and owners have a headache.
