How to maintain electronic watches - Protection of electronic watches

When the temperature of electronic watches is 25 to 28℃, the time error of day and night is less than one second. When the temperature reaches below 0℃ or above 50℃, it will be slower every day and night by two seconds. At the same time, when the temperature is as high as 60℃, the LCD panel will turn black, and when the temperature drops below 0℃, the LCD panel will lose its display function. Therefore, in winter, electronic watches can only be worn on the wrist and rely on the constant temperature of the human body to maintain its normal timing. In addition, high temperatures and too low temperatures can also cause liquid leakage in the battery and corrode the movement.

Electronic watch batteries are generally available for more than one year, but the lighting consumes a lot of power, and the power consumed by turning on one second is equivalent to more than one hour of time. When the battery is about to be out of power, the light will dim, or the digital display will dim or even disappear when turned on. When replacing the battery, if you do not understand the sundial meter repair technology, you should send it to the meter repair shop for installation. Moreover, the battery specifications are not standardized, and there are many batteries of various brands and cannot be used at will.

Be careful when pressing the button: Do not use too much force to avoid failure; the LCD panel needs to be replaced with a new one after five to seven years of use; the battery should be taken out in time to avoid liquid corrosion of the movement. If you find that the light is not on, the button is not working, or there is a sudden large error in timing, it should be repaired in time, as it may be that the component solder joints have poor contact or taken off.

Electronic watches, especially digital electronic watches, generally have poor water resistance. Although some words "waterproof" are printed on the instructions or back cover, try to avoid contact with water.

The structure of electronic watches is different from that of mechanical watches. They are all electronic circuits and electronic components. If water is in, it will be "disastrous" and cause the entire watch to be scrapped. Especially LCD panels and integrated cables are not only afraid of water, but also caused by moisture, and they will also cause failure over time. Therefore, it is best to take off the table when washing your face and washing your laundry. Prevent rain from splashing when it rains. If you find that water is in the electronic watch, or there is water vapor gathering on the inner wall of the watch mask, you should immediately send it to the watch repair shop for water removal and moisture removal treatment.
